Why Predictive Service was formed

Until now, the predictive maintenance industry has lacked the resources and technology necessary to serve global institutions and organizations who need to monitor and manage their complete PdM programs on an integrated basis. The traditional approach to a PdM program has been to inundate clients with numerous paper or disc reporting, perhaps prepared by several different providers with varied content and quality standards. The reports lacked the ability to inventory and benchmark, conduct year-over-year analysis, and track ongoing equipment status and repairs, while alerting management to the actual status and results of their PdM program. Donald Frankel, an executive with more than 20 years of experience, saw an opportunity to revolutionize the PdM industry with an entirely new approach. He founded Predictive Service in 2002.
