Predictive Service Expands into Mexico
While Predictive Service has delivery resources throughout the world and will work in 40 countries this year, the company has made a big expansion into Mexico. Predictive Service has three full time technicians in the region to meet the growing demand for conditioned based maintenance services. With an office in Mexico City and the addition of a full-time sales executive, Predictive Service will become the largest conditioned based maintenance service provider in Mexico overnight. As both US and Mexican-owned operations begin to realize the true costs of lost production and wasted energy, they are embracing the value of a consistent managed conditioned based maintenance program for their facilities. Thanks to a thriving Mexican economy, this operation is off to a fantastic start.
Did You Know?
Applying vibration monitoring to machine tool applications - vibration monitoring and analysis can be an effective tool to improve throughput and a reduce scrap due to poor quality in precision machine tool applications. Applying vibration monitoring technology on a routine, periodic basis, monitoring the main drive, pumps and spindle bearings can provide early warning and diagnostic insight to developing machine defects. This incipient failure detection will allow for scheduled corrective actions before a negative impact on production or quality.

Aerial Infrared is Flying High
It is busy season for aerial infrared and the skies are clear. Predictive Service has recently completed projects and landed some significant contracts for Aerial IR covering facilities from coast-to-coast and in the Caribbean. Clients as diverse as hospitals, prisons, landfills, schools, shopping centers, manufacturers, distribution centers, and other commercial establishments are climbing aboard the Predictive Service solution. The combination of consistency, accuracy, and innovative web-based reporting are key factors in growth of this facility solution. With the increasing costs of petroleum-based roofing materials, facility owners are realizing that they need to be more proactive and precise in their roof maintenance activities. IR helps by pinpointing exactly where moisture problems exist and the source of problem, often well before a problem becomes a leak inside the facility. Clients are realizing that if you have a roof, you need Aerial IR.
