ViewPoint^®: aerial infrared inspection

ViewPoint has revolutionized how an aerial infrared inspection and analysis is conducted, documented, displayed, and utilized, allowing a client to manage a single infrared roof inspection or an entire real estate portfolio at a glance.

Predictive Service begins the infrared inspection process by inputting a location's latitude and longitude into ViewPoint. The information is used to display the images in a truly accurate and scalable format. ViewPoint allows the client to utilize the images and information from the aerial infrared inspection to create accurate building sections and reliably calculate square footage of problem areas.

ViewPoint also tracks year over year changes in a roof structure from the aerial infrared inspections by monitoring moisture levels, changes in found anomalies, repair actions, and their associated costs. In addition, the ViewPoint software records actual roof installation and warranty information to assist in properly managing structural asset.

By allowing clients to search, sort, and aggregate the aerial infrared inspection information contained within their portfolio, they can properly manage and forecast their capital budget. To assist in creating the capital budget, financial information associated with identified repairs and maintenance activities can be prioritized by facility, cost, and severity.
