As part of their Maintenance Excellence Initiative, Predictive Service was chosen to implement our Return on Investment Tool to assist each plant with their Master Maintenance Plan. This involves more than140 plants worldwide.

While contacted to implement PdM on a specific piece of equipment, we could not move forward with the implementation without sufficient information on the equipment failure modes. The agreed approach was to conduct a Root Cause Analysis prior to implementing a solution. The best solution for the client was to re-engineer the machine and its operational setup to resolve the issue. - One of the largest Bakeries in the World
After a thorough evaluation process, Predictive Service was selected as the most qualified reliability partner by the client. Predictive Service is servicing more than 30 plants and utilizing a variety of disciplines, such as electrical and mechanical infrared, vibration and ultrasound. A joint study is being conducted in order to assess the most effective combination of PdM technologies in order to achieve their reliability objectives and within their allocated budget. - A Large Manufacturer of Consumer Product Packaging
Predictive Service was contracted at the corporate level to help the client improve their reliability efficiencies. Although this is a corporate program, it needed to be accepted and financed by each packaging plant.
With multiple plants in North American at various levels along their reliability journey, Predictive Service was instrumental in working with each plant to assess, define and implement the appropriate level of the overall reliability vision for the company. Additionally, we conducted an extensive lubrication assessment, guiding them from their previous lubrication methods. - One of the World’s Largest Agricultural Processors
Currently, Predictive Service has all aspects of our service delivery model: "Do it for me", "Help me do it", PdM, Training and Reliability consulting.
With some plants, we are the outside consultants that define and implement PM Optimization and the creation of equipment templates that can be utilized in multiple locations.
In other plants, a hybrid reliability approach is utilized whereby we are teaching or coaching the staff on data collection and front-line analysis, supported by a second tier analysis conducted by Predictive Service.
In certain locations Predictive Service has embedded personnel. In these cases Predictive Service has become a part of their reliability department responsible for many aspects of their maintenance processes. This includes continuous education that ensures program success.
